Brandits 3.0 Ends On A High Note

The closing ceremony of Brandits 3.0 was held on 8th August 2019 from 2:30 pm onwards in the Auditorium, Management Block, Lavasa. The tempo began to build up since morning with submission of presentations and everyone began to look forward to the final results. It was remarkable to observe whole hearted contribution and collaboration of the teams throughout the event. All the teams were highly spirited and worked diligently to show solidarity for their group.

All possible efforts were made to ensure smooth coordination between team members. The students displayed mutual respect and admiration for each other while they worked in close collaboration to win points for their respective teams.

The activities centered around basics of marketing. The first round was the question answer round whereas the second round was interesting as it exhibited their Brand Equity through two slides. The team representatives glorified the achievements of their respective teams. Team A' s brand was aptly entitled GAEA which focused on Conserve, Preserve and Be Sustainable. Team B's brand statement was Brilliante, which symbolized eight values to be cherished and practiced in life such as Loyalty, Team Work, Diversity, Respect, Passion, Perseverance and more. Team C called themselves as Deal Crackers and it was team ABD which told everyone not to worry about anything. Team D branded themselves as BRAND-D and spoke at length about their unique achievements.
Director & Dean, Fr Jossy George praised the sincerity and hard work of all the students who contributed for the grand success of Brandits 3.0. In his invincible style Fr Jossy observed that this time everything was in double be it participation, events, enthusiasm and passion.

Fr Jossy rightly remarked that Brandits has carved a niche for itself as they worked day and night to implement their ideas. He also articulated that learning and fun went hand in hand while taking part in the activities.
Director, Fr Jossy George appreciated the untiring efforts of all the participants. He was pleasantly surprised to see the dedication and passion with which the students took part in all the events.
The third game was about identifying the logo and the next game was interesting and challenging because a team had to find ways of selling a product. Another engaging game involved teams to identify the caption. Overall, the fun filled activities kept everyone glued to their seats.

The grand success of Brandits 3.0 lay in meticulous coordination, constant vigilance, follow up and catering to minute details. Everyone’s hard work facilitated the smooth functioning of activities from beginning to end. The wholehearted participation was possible because of constant encouragement and involvement of students and faculty members.

Every effort was made by their Coordinator, Dr Benny Godwin J to combine creativity, passion, fun and enthusiasm to make the activities as enjoyable as possible and it lead to mass participation by MBA, Law and UG students. Overall, the nearly two week-long event was thoroughly enjoyed by CHRIST fraternity.
The event taught them to express feelings of love, admiration, respect and trust towards students and teaching and non-teaching staff in particular and public in general. It nurtured the feeling of comradeship, acceptance of failure and success and their energy was clearly visible on and off campus all along.
