The seminar brought together around 200 participants from the 3rd cluster of the BBA program, reflecting the growing enthusiasm among students to pursue international education. The event was coordinated by Dr. Akshaya AVR, with the support of student volunteers Taryn Moosa, Archit Agarwal, and Shourya Gupta. The program commenced with a welcome address and silent prayer, setting a professional and reflective tone for the session. This was followed by an introduction to Aspirez Career Consultancy LLP, a reputed organization established in 2021 that specializes in overseas education services, including visa support, scholarship assistance, and international recruitment guidance.
The session was led by two eminent speakers – Ms. Bindu Nair, Director of Aspirez Career Consultancy LLP, and Ms. Priya Kurle, Assistant Director of Admissions for South Asia and India-based International Recruitment Manager for IU Indianapolis (Indiana University). Ms. Bindu Nair introduced the theme of the seminar and welcomed Ms. Kurle, highlighting the growing demand for skilled professionals with global exposure and the importance of early planning for international education.

She elaborated on crucial aspects including eligibility criteria, academic requirements, standardized test expectations (such as IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, or GMAT), and the timeline for university intakes.
Ms. Kurle also emphasized the importance of choosing programs aligned with students’ academic interests and long-term career goals. She discussed the evolving global job market, highlighting emerging fields such as data analytics, sustainability management, and digital marketing, which have witnessed growing international demand. The session also covered scholarship opportunities, visa processes, and post-study work options, helping students understand the practical steps involved in applying for and succeeding in overseas education.
The seminar concluded with an engaging Q&A session, during which students actively interacted with the speakers. Questions ranged from course selection and application documentation to financial planning and cultural adaptation in foreign countries. Ms. Kurle addressed these inquiries with clarity, sharing personal insights and case studies from her professional experience. Her responses encouraged students to approach global education with confidence, strategic preparation, and an awareness of both challenges and opportunities.
