Eco-village: Outbound Training Programme

The Outbound Training Programme was conducted on 14 February 2024 in Eco-village, Pune. The attendees arrived at the destination by 9 am. After a brief sharing session and breakfast, the first session commenced at 10:30 am, marking the beginning of an engaging and interactive learning experience for all the faculty members. The session was led by Dr. Jibrael Jos, who has extensive experience in the field of teamwork and collaboration. The primary focus of the first session was to contemplate the concept of teamwork and its significance in professional and personal life. Throughout the session, Dr. Jibrael conducted a series of interactive activities and discussions to reinforce the importance of teamwork. To initiate the session, faculty members were asked to write short literary pieces and exchange their ideas with the team.
