Rights for interested faculty and students of all departments on April 26, 2023 to commemorate World Intellectual Property Day. Designated by World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in 2000, the special day is celebrated annually to raise awareness of the importance of patents, copyrights, trademarks, and designs in our daily lives. The event was held in the Smart Room, Central Block from 3.00pm – 4.00pm. The program began with a welcome address by Ms. Sakshi Modi, a BSc student from the Department of Data Science, who introduced the guest speaker and welcomed him for his talk. The main motive of this workshop is to inculcate effective team building and team work among the individuals. The workshop features five competitions: Solve the Puzzle, Dumb Charades, Contamination zone, coordinate and Leadership. The event was held on the campus grounds and saw a large turnout of students and faculty members. 1.Solve the Puzzle: The first activity focused on problem-solving and collaboration. Participants were divided into small teams of three each and provided with a complex puzzle. They were required to work together, leveraging their individual strengths, to solve the puzzle within a given time frame. Rush Hour is an exciting event organized by the People Pioneer, HR Club, School of Business and Management (MBA). The event features two competitions: The Employee Drama, a roleplay contest, and the launch of The Corporate Shots, a Reel Making competition. The event was held on the campus grounds and saw a large turnout of students and faculty members. The Employee Drama roleplay contest was the highlight of the event. It was an exhilarating experience that took the participants through common workplace scenarios where emotions run high and conflicts flare up. The roleplay contest challenged the student’s problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and teamwork. Which saw enthusiastic participants engaged in intense discussions on three challenging issues. This exciting event revealed the essential advantages of participating in debates and showcasing the orators' fluency and analytical abilities. The event was held on 19th May 2023 from 1.30 pm to 3 pm and consisted of two rounds, the first round was the elimination round with two topics.
