A SESSION ON ‘OVERVIEW OF GST’
The Finance Club (Harmoney) of the School of Business and Management (MBA) organizes a session on 'Overview of GST' on 25th March 2022 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus. This finance club activity aimed at enhancing the knowledge of the students on Goods and Services Tax, the indirect tax system adopted in India after 1st July 2017. The speaker aimed to update the students regarding the purpose, structure, tax rates, recent developments, and challenges with respect to the tax regime. Finance club harmony had its 4thevent on 25th March 2022, where Dr S Parameswaran delivered a lecture regarding GOODS AND SERVICES TAX. The activity commenced at 2:30 PM in the presence of Professor Mohit Boralkar, Professor Danish Hussain and all the finance specialization students.
