The balance would increase with each right answer and would decrease with each wrong answer. 15 teams of 2 students each competed with each other in the different rounds.
The first round was a game based on slots and fortune. There were 6 slots of 5 questions each having some points value attached to them. Each team was expected to pick a question of their choice at random. They then had to answer the question within a stipulated time frame. Points attached to the question were awarded or deducted based on whether they answered correctly or not. The quiz master for this round was Mr Vinay Kumar.
The second round was Pounce and Bounce where each team was shown an image and a question followed related to that image. The catch was that they had to decide whether to attempt the question or to bounce it off to another team in case they did not want negative points. Each team was given 60 seconds to decide whether to attempt the question or not. The round witnessed high levels of excitement from participants. The quiz master for this round was Mr Jairaj Bohra
The third round was a Buzzer round. A series of images were shown together and the teams had to identify the common connection in those images. Two clues were given to the participants to identify the right answer. The right answer without any clues carried 100 points and the wrong answer carried -50 points. If the participants answered right after the first clue, they would get 80 points and lose 40 points if they answered wrong. The participants scored 60 points for the right answer after the second clue and they would lose 30 points for the wrong answer.
