CHRIST INSITUTE OF MANAGEMENT (CIM), LAVASA LAUNCHES AN INNOVATIVE CORPORATE IMMERSION PROGRAM

Christ Institute of Management (CIM), Lavasa, one of India’s emerging leading business schools launches a unique Corporate Immersion Program (CIP) with the aim of improving industry learning and engagement.

CIP ensures continuous industry interaction for students in the second year of the PGDM Program, allowing them to experience and learn from various aspects of an organization in a working environment.
Students apply knowledge and learning under the guidance of industry and faculty mentors, and are able to gain valuable hands-on experience by tackling real-world business scenarios and working hand-in-hand with business executives.

Each week, students visit companies to immerse themselves in and study in detail the day-to-day workings of an organization. The program further allows for companies and organisations to assess the potential of students in a live scenario, which is highly conducive to learning.
Dr. (Fr.) Jossy P. George, Director, CIM Lavasa says, “Classroom learning isn’t sufficient for today’s market. We are constantly creating innovative solutions to connect and learn from industry, and even in early days, this program is showing a lot of success. The program leads to increased knowledge and experiential learning among students, and companies are highly impressed with the calibre of candidates. It allows for building a positive and valuable relationship with corporates.”
The Academic Coordinator, Dr. (Fr.) Arun Anthony further adds,  “Exposure is key. Students need to apply what they have learnt in the classroom, and this program is ideal to achieve this goal.”
Located among the beauty of the Sahyadri Hills, Christ Institute of Management, Lavasa offers a two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specialisations in Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance and Human Resources.

The School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy organized a "Panel Discussion on Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Skill " on 4th March 2022 at 1:30 PM at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.   Ms Ayushi Chandna student of 6 BCom (Financial Analytics) commenced the session with silent prayer & briefed about the Panel Discussion. The Third International Conference on Data Science, Computation and Security (IDSCS-22) hosted by CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus in association with Springer from 11th to 12th February 2022. The conference was conducted online with participants from all across the globe. The conference commenced with the inauguration ceremony at 9:30 AM.
