CIM, LAVASA – A CONDUCIVE ATMOSPHERE FOR LEARNING
CIM, Lavasa offers a congenial atmosphere for the students and faculties alike. While the students learn and grow within a span of just two years the faculty members continue to impart knowledge and leave an indelible impact in the mind and hearts of their students.
Ashish G Wilson, Assistant Professor has spent a little more than a year at CIM. He feels that it has been a fruitful year and he does not regret the decision of joining CIM, Lavasa as a faculty. He thinks that at CIM a student can learn a lot apart from just academics. As a colleague he experienced that learning was not just limited to academics rather he became adept in working in close coordination with the other colleagues as a team. He considers Director, Fr Jossy’s unflinching support extremely motivating. Fr Jossy always encourages students and faculty memebers to come up with new creative ventures. The atmosphere at CIM is not formal and it seems everyone is part of an extended family.
Dr Binu P Paul, BBA, MBE, PhD, Associate Professor has spent more than three years at CIM, Lavasa. He considers the atmosphere conducive to learning and experimenting with new ideas as there are less distractions. The inter-personal relations between the faculty and students is full of warmth and respect. Owing to the pedagogy that is followed at CIM a healthy atmosphere permeates in the campus. Professor Binu has noticed over a period of time that there has been a steep growth in a student’s life. He masters the sill of getting the work done amicably. There is dexterity to do multitasking. CIM, Lavasa offers a launching pad to the students through multiple activities, seminars, conferences, corporate talks, live projects etc to soar high in life.
