CORPORATE TALK ON ORGANISATION DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Rajesh Trivedi, Director and CEO, Tui Consulting, Organisation Development (IOD) & Leadership Development Consulting Organization gave a significant talk on Organizational Development on 27th July 2018 in the Smart Room. It was attended by 1 PGDM 2018-20 students. He is currently working as HR Head at Progwell Innovations Private Limited, Mumbai.
His organization was formed with a purpose of discerning and leading change for an Organization or Individual Excellence. It focusses on Leadership Development, Coaching, Diversity Management, Cultural Development, Self-awareness, Transforming, Meeting and Large Group Interventions.
Mr Trivedi worked as COO, Wasan Knowledge Hub and as Head-HR (Operations & Employee Engagement), Boehringer Ingelhiem he gained valuable experience. He studied at Pegasus Learning Center and specialized in Organization Development, ODLC. He also did PGDHRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA), Human Resources Development Master of Business Administration (MBA), Human Resources Development.
The Corporate talk Mr. Rajesh Trivedi, Program Director for Institute for Organization Development presented an entirely new perspective of Organization Development (O.D). He informed the students as to how a management student applies different management theories to facilitate the evolution of an organization from its commencement to one of the most important aspects of an organization.
Mr Trivedi gave a general overview of organization development and how an organizational structure and process influences a worker’s behavior. He also emphasized upon how significant it is if the students are informed about different process involved in organizational development and the consequential cyclic process which is carried out eventually. Mr Trivedi concluded by briefing the students about the current trends in HR industry and the technical hitches being faced by HR professionals. It was indeed an informative session as the students gained significant inputs pertaining to Organizational Development.
