Law Aspirants Take Part In Debate

School of Law is scaling new heights slowly and gradually as the students take part in various activities. The enthusiastic students are going beyond Lavasa and gaining valuable experience through outstation visits. Selected students from the School of Law, CHRIST, Lavasa took part in an interactive debate held by All India Professional Congress (AIPC), Maharashtra. The event took place at St Paul's Institute of Communication & Education (SPICE), Bandra West, Mumbai.



The students were accompanied by Dr. Daisy Alexander, HOD and Dr. Sunil John from School of Law, CHRIST, Lavasa Campus. The session was handled by Mr. Sanjay Jha and Mr. Rajdeep Sardesai primarily focusing on the topic “Maharashtra Politics” with reference to Rajdeep Sardesai's book entitled "2019 How Modi won India".

After a warm welcome, the students felt at ease and took part in a discussion in the presence of various scholars and intellectuals. The interactive session was quite enlightening wherein the participants indulged in the exchange of ideas, expressed their opinions and evaluated thought-provoking perceptions of the opponents.



It was a moment of pride and honor to watch the students engage in a conversation with Mr. Sanjay Jha, Mr. Rajdeep Sardesai, and other eminent personalities. The maturity with which the students conversed was noteworthy as observed by the teacher escorts. The positive interaction with the dignitaries motivated the law aspirants and they invited them to visit CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Lavasa in the near future. The esteemed guests responded affirmatively.




The evening was spent at leisure after an intellectually stimulating session as arranged by the event organizer; Adv. Mathew Antony. All the students who attended the interactive session found it an enriching experience and they were highly appreciative of SPICE and CHRIST for a wonderful opportunity. They wish to take part in more debates and discussions in the future.

PANEL DISCUSSION ON LEADERSHIP & ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT SKILLS

The School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy organized a "Panel Discussion on Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Skill " on 4th March 2022 at 1:30 PM at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.   Ms Ayushi Chandna student of 6 BCom (Financial Analytics) commenced the session with silent prayer & briefed about the Panel Discussion. INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON DATA SCIENCE, COMPUTATION AND SECURITY - IDSCS’22

The Third International Conference on Data Science, Computation and Security (IDSCS-22) hosted by CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus in association with Springer from 11th to 12th February 2022. The conference was conducted online with participants from all across the globe. The conference commenced with the inauguration ceremony at 9:30 AM. Dr Pooja Batra was the Emcee for the occasion and began with the Lighting of the Lamp, followed by a prayer song performed by the students of CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.
