Virtual Run 2022

With the new academic year on the brink, the first challenge was set for sports enthusiasts. The Department of Physical Education at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus organised a ‘Virtual Run ' on Sunday, 24th July 2022 for the students to encourage and develop the habit of running, maintaining a healthy body and mind with the main motto of the event is "Don’t race against others, race against yourself."


The department of Physical Education at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus provides an excellent sports and recreation service to the student community. We strive to enhance the student experience wherever possible through recreational and competitive sports. Our goal is to engage with students and offer the opportunity for all to take part with the objective of increasing healthy active lifestyles, and competitive performance at Inter-Collegiate, Inter-University, and National level competitions.


There were 150+ registrations and around 80+ participated in the event. Through the positive feedback of the students about the event, they not only showed interest but also proved that it is not about winning or losing but that they accepted the challenge and realised their own potential. The winners were awarded certificates, goodies and free gym membership.

PANEL DISCUSSION ON LEADERSHIP & ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT SKILLS

The School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy organized a "Panel Discussion on Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Skill " on 4th March 2022 at 1:30 PM at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.   Ms Ayushi Chandna student of 6 BCom (Financial Analytics) commenced the session with silent prayer & briefed about the Panel Discussion. INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON DATA SCIENCE, COMPUTATION AND SECURITY - IDSCS’22

The Third International Conference on Data Science, Computation and Security (IDSCS-22) hosted by CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus in association with Springer from 11th to 12th February 2022. The conference was conducted online with participants from all across the globe. The conference commenced with the inauguration ceremony at 9:30 AM. Dr Pooja Batra was the Emcee for the occasion and began with the Lighting of the Lamp, followed by a prayer song performed by the students of CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus. Dr Samiksha Shukla welcomed the Chief Guest, Guest of Honor, Vice-Chancellor and the keynote speakers for the day and summarized forthcoming events of IDSCS'22.
