SPERANZA CLUB ACTIVITY

Speranza Club organized "nUT cASE" on 28th September 2018 in the Auditorium. It comprised of fun filled learning activities that made them think out of the box. It was a case study competition for HR Junior students. The contestants were expected to come up with viable solutions and strategies for the stake holders.

The juniors were divided into five teams and they were assessed on their negotiation skills by a panel of judges. Their problem solving ability was also tested as they faced a volley of questions related to the given situation. An interesting part of the event was when the other teams were also judged and given credit points for asking pertinent questions related to the given case study.

The entire activity was completely interactive and it kept everyone engrossed. The judges found that the role play activity was done in its true spirit and everyone was deeply involved in the process. An interesting feature of the event was that real case scenarios were discussed and analyzed which served the purpose of grooming an HR student to sharpen his or her negotiation skills and come up with a diplomatic solution to a serious issue. It was a great learning experience for HR students through a fun activity. HR Club, Speranza conducts such activities once a month for juniors and on remaining Fridays the activities are meant for seniors.
