Skype interview by Jaro Education

Jaro Education took a Skype interview of some students from CIML on Monday, 25th November 2019.
Jay Panjwani, pursuing MBA was elated to have got an opportunity to appear for an interview for Summer Internship Program (SIP) in Jaro Education. He felt quite nervous at the beginning but soon he regained confidence and gave his best performance. He felt that he was able to impress the interviewer and could find himself one among the various competitors who aim to have a career in the corporate sector.

Abin Roby from MBA found it a pleasant experience and found the questions quite challenging. He tried his best to give accurate answers but found some of them made him think deeply. However, he thanks CHRIST, Lavasa for his first Skype interview. It was quite a learning experience.

Harsh Khandelwal from Marketing found the interviewer’s tone encouraging and pleasing and it boosted his confidence. He was able to answer the theoretical questions that checked his knowledge competency. He observed that most of the students were asked to improvise on a given situation and it tested their creativity.
Shobith Jimmy from Marketing had a good experience. It began with a job description and he was asked that despite being a student of analytics yet he applied for a job in marketing. A real life situation was given and he shared his views and responded appropriately. He observed that the interviewer’s view was blocked and it affected some students’ performance even though his tone was encouraging.
Ramraj from Marketing found the experience quite enriching. He found that the interviewer wished to observe his out of the box thinking skills. He felt that conventional answers were given less preference and one had to come up with an innovative technique to sell a product. He felt that the interview tested his analytical skills.
Sagar Chandra from Marketing was a bit disappointed as he found some questions a bit different from the routine. He also felt that the interviewer didn’t ask some specific subject related questions. He felt that a little more time ought to have been given to express his views.
The Skype interview was coordinated by CRM, JK Pandey.
