HR Club Activity

HR Club activity was conducted on 22nd November 2019 at CIML. Academic Coordinator, Dr Fr Arun Antony released the HR Newsletter, congratulated the HR department and inspired them to work in coordination with each other as a team. He was appreciative of the newsletter and articulated that it covered major events of the department and was pleased to observe that the students earnestly contributed articles for the same.   

The highlight of the event was a lecture given by Mr Pushpendra Singh, Executive Coach, Business Coach and a Management Consultant from MIMAMSA, Pune. During the last forty years he has mentored several leaders. He coached 3 MD/CEOs of German/American subsidiaries in Pune last year. He had direct experience of dealing with Marketing, Materials, Planning, Coordination and Projects. A major part of his experience was in the field of Electrical and Electronic Industry.

In his corporate talk Mr Pushpendra spoke about practical experience of corporate governance. The focus of the lecture was to talk about practical aspects of running a company be it through team building, formulating a strategy or understanding the nuances of working in coordination with each other. He shared his extensive experience of marketing industrial or domestic electrical products through direct or channel sales. The meaningful talk inspired the students and taught them to be organized and always work as a cohesive team. He also spoke about a professional’s ability to analyze and understand figures and take quick decisions.

The event was anchored by Abhijeet Singh and vote of thanks was given by Nilanjan Sarkar. Amit Kumar Singh, Jessy Sini Dass and Sachin Sharma coordinated perfectly and prepared the newsletter.
