A trial problem was provided to the students participating in the workshop. The students were allowed to bring their laptops and hardcopy of the provided case for their reference. Later the participants were segregated into two groups with a maximum of 29  members. The participation cost for an individual was completely free of any charges. There was no eligibility for participation as such, it was open for all students of the School of Law, Lavasa campus. Registration for the Workshop was started on the 16th of November 2022. The case study was released to the participants on 23rdth of November 2022. The participants had been given almost one week of time to go through the hypothetical case, and after that, they were asked to attend the workshop divided into various sessions. And the convenor for the same was Prateek Kanavi of  7BBA, LLB And the Faculty Coordinator for the same was Ms. Mehak Vohra. The workshop started with the first session giving the details of the case and helping students curate their ideas on the facts of the case.  Following this, the second session commenced with the guest instigating the participants to develop their stories on the case for the process of helping them frame a case and this was done by dividing them into groups of five each.  And the last session was made more interesting as the Guest asked the participants to go further with a simulation of the chief and cross-examination of a procedure of the Trial Advocacy Competition. And the session was concluded with a question-answer session extending up to 20 minutes.
