Poster Making Competition
School of Business and Management, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Pune Lavasa organized a poster making competition on 9th August 2024 on the theme AI Mavericks: Business change challenge, an event that brought together creativity, innovation, and artistic expression. The AI Mavericks: Business Change Challenge Poster Making Competition, was a vibrant showcase of creativity and innovation, focusing on the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) in the business world. The event aimed to visually capture the ways in which AI is revolutionizing business practices, processes, and strategies, highlighting both opportunities and challenges. The competition was open to participants from first-year MBA.
The primary goal of the AI Mavericks: Business Change Challenge was to encourage participants to explore and express the profound changes AI is driving in the business landscape. The theme invited participants to create posters that depicted the influence of AI on various aspects of business, such as automation, data analytics, customer service, and decision-making. The competition sought to inspire participants to think critically about how AI is reshaping industries, economies, and job markets, and to communicate these ideas through compelling visual narratives.
The participants were divided into 5 groups randomly. The competition guidelines emphasized originality, creativity, and adherence to the theme, with participants given a set amount of time to complete their posters. Each participant received the necessary materials and was encouraged to use a mix of traditional and digital art techniques to create their posters. The atmosphere during the event was one of excitement and focus, as participants channeled their creativity to produce works that captured the essence of AI’s impact on business. The judging criteria included the originality of the concept, the clarity and effectiveness of the message, the visual impact, and the relevance to the theme of AI-driven business transformation. The judges were impressed by the diversity of approaches and the depth of insight demonstrated by the participants. Posters ranged from futuristic depictions of AI-driven workplaces to thought-provoking commentaries on the ethical implications of AI in business.
