Treasure Hunt And Football Match Mark The Commencement Of Rupika

'Rupika', the Finance Club initiative, strongly believes that “an investment in knowledge pays the best interest”.

As the academic session is coming to an end, it is time to reflect and ponder over the year gone by. It is a time for introspection, observation and learn from the lessons learnt. It is also a befitting time to conclude the activities of the club on a positive note.

An array of activities have been planned for the coming week and students will get numerous chances to showcase their hidden talent and impress the people with their creativity. It has been conveyed to the team captains that maximum participation will fetch maximum points. It will be a display of combined effort, competency and sincerity.

On 2nd March 2019 there was an exciting and interesting game in the Amphitheater about treasure hunt, rightly entitled, 'The Money Trail'.

All the juniors were divided into a group of four and two volunteers were allotted to each group. The first clue was given in the Amphitheater. Once they cracked the clue successfully, they clicked a picture with it including all the team members and returned back to their respective volunteer. After completing each clue, they filled the balance sheet provided. Upon answering a question they got the next clue and it continued till they were able to crack all seven clues. The evaluation was based on their correct balance sheet and time taken by each team.

It kept everyone on their toes and they were engrossed in the fun filled game from beginning to end.

“Christ Soccer League” was played later at 6:00 pm as part of Rupika valedictory - "Contanti". The team managers came and encouraged their respective teams during the match. The match was played in its true spirit and a competition was clearly visible on the field.

The different team and their managers are as follows:

The Accountables – Assistant Professor Ashish Wilson and Assistant Professor Jayant Mahajan

The Insiders - Assistant Professor Soumya V and Assistant Professor Jyothi Priya R

The Stakeholders - Professor Binu Paul and Assistant Professor Arpita Ghosh

Everyone is now earnestly looking forward to the next day’s events.
