Participants were methodically grouped into teams comprising five individuals. The objective bestowed upon them was unequivocal: to concoct a nutritious main course and an accompanying non-alcoholic beverage within a stringent time frame of 45 minutes. The atmosphere was replete with fervour as participants diligently engaged in culinary tasks.
Faculty members rendered an instrumental role in bolstering the participants. Their involvement was far from passive; they exhibited active encouragement and support, effectively alleviating the anxieties associated with the temporal constraints. Upon the cessation of the allotted time, the atmosphere was laden with anticipation. The judges, Professor Jobin Jacob and Mr. Ali Akbar Kanchwala, embarked upon their evaluative expedition.
