SALES CONNECT PROGRAM
Sales Connect program for marketing major students was conducted from 26th September to 1st October 2018 at Christ Institute of Management, Lavasa. The resource person was Mr. R.K. Kasturi. A certificate was provided at the end of this 20 hours long program.
The program was designed to equip students to achieve greater understanding of sales as a critical component and process of business. The course aimed to provide clarity and advantage to the participants that further puts them on a good stead to tackle corporate interviews, initial stage of their career in sales/business development.

The proposed training gave the students theoretical as well as practical knowledge in the field of marketing. It even involved teaching through role play and the session was extremely interactive in nature. Students were given assignments to be completed through observation and practical learning in the field/market. These deliverables were further evaluated to test their level of understanding of the subject.
On completion of the course the participants were able to clearly understand the sales process theoretically and practically. They acquired the much needed negotiation skills for apart from various other tactics related to marketing. The aforesaid information was inculcated in them through rigorous field work and assignments and it will prove extremely beneficial nit he long run as they become part of the corporate sector.
