INSIGHTS ON CORPORATE SALES AND KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT. A Q&A SESSION

The School of Business and Management (MBA) organized a Corporate talk on 9th April 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus. 16 Marketing specialization students participated in the event. The resource person was Mr Zubin Mehta.

The speaker firstly spoke about his life experiences working in Naukri.com then Radio Mirchi then Indusind bank and Capgemini. He shared his experience of how he moved from feet on street sales to his journey as AVP sales for Indusind bank. He recounted his knowledge of how he got his first sales and the different types of customers he was able to get from different domains

Mr Zubin Mehta talked about his life experiences when he worked in the corporate industry. The speaker spoke about the importance of basic knowledge of the Corporate sales cycle. He shared tips on how to be an effective salesperson.


The final component was Questions and answers, and there were multiple queries from students regarding various aspects. The students had queries on how to sell services, and what should be their expectations in the industry. How to negotiate better. Finally, there was a vote of thanks proposed. The event concluded with Q&A and career counselling for a few students.
