Ice Breaking Session

Students of the 2nd year MBA Department organized the event. It was meant to break the ice and get the juniors to mix with the seniors. The event began at 1:30 pm on September 2 2022. The team of student coordinators made sure that all the students were well seated and settled.
The first-year MBA batch was divided into groups of 18-19 students. Each senior team had 30 minutes to conduct the event for a group of first years and then move to the next. The event started with organizers introducing themselves, and then it continued with the self-introduction from the 1st year students.

Events conducted for each specialization were as follows:

●    Switch sketch: Students were divided into odds and evens, the even number of students had to stand inside in a smaller circle, and the odd ones had to stand outside in the same manner. The students were given a drawing sheet and had to sketch the person in front of them while the music played. As soon as the music stopped, the person drawing switched to the place on their right and continued till the circle was completed. Both juniors, as well as seniors, took part in the activity.

HR
●    Complete the action: 10-12 students were selected from the 1st and 2nd-year batch. All the selected students were made to stand in a line facing the back of one another. The student coordinator gave the first person in the queue an action. Later, they had to enact the same act on the person in front of them, and the chain continued until the last person in the line. In the end, both the first and last person had to enact to ensure the action was the same throughout the line.

●    Can you hear me: For this game, two random students were called to the stage. One of them was given headphones with loud music playing. In addition, the other student was given a tongue twister. The person with the headphones on had to guess the tongue twister by reading the lips of his/their partner.
