OST COMPETITION 2022

The CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, conducted the OST Competition for 2022-2023. The main objective of the election was to select one of the best presentation
The elections were held on the 9th of September at the auditorium. The judges were there Ms. Arpitha Ghosh and Dr. Parameswaram. All mentors selected their best candidate for OST competition.There were 8 candidates in total, two females and six males.


The event started with a Welcome Note by Ms Reechal & Sushant Shah. After the welcome note OST competition began by our 1st candidate.1st candidate was Justy Maria Philip who presented her OST on MRF Ltd. under the guidance of  her mentor Prof. Anshul Saxena.. The 2ND candidate was Leon Mathew who presented his OST on Super Engitech under the guidance of his mentor Pro. Shrutika .The 3RD candidate was Anirudh Menon who presented his OST on Star under the guidance of  his mentor Dr. Jayant Mahajan . The 4TH candidate was Harita who presented her OST on Lucas TVS under the guidance of her mentor Prof Jobin Jacob . The 5TH candidate was Johes who presented his OST presentation on ONGC under the guidance of  his mentor Prof. Mohit Boralkar. The 6TH candidate was Shankar V Menon who presented his OST presentation on Apollo Tyres Ltd under the guidance of  his mentor Prof. Sharad Gupta. & the last candidate was Libin George Varghese who presented his OST on TRCMPU under the guidance of  Prof. Stanny Dias. Both judges asked questions to participants during competition. The Q & A created very interactive session. It was so knowledgeable and informative for all students.

The result was announced after 15 minutes by Ms. Arpitha Ghosh & Dr. Parameswaram S. The presentations of OST were fabulous. There were 3 candidates selected as winner.
On 1st position we had Jones
On 2nd position we had Shankar
On 3rd position we had Leon Mathew.

With the end of this event, the winner of OST competition of ( 2022- 2023) was properly organized by Prof. Tanya Sharma and Mr. Anshul Saxena. We got our winners of OST Competition. The purpose behind this is to give idea of the corporate world and the working style of an organization to the students.The event ended with Mr. Sushant giving a Vote of Thanks

PANEL DISCUSSION ON LEADERSHIP & ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT SKILLS

The School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy organized a "Panel Discussion on Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Skill " on 4th March 2022 at 1:30 PM at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.   Ms Ayushi Chandna student of 6 BCom (Financial Analytics) commenced the session with silent prayer & briefed about the Panel Discussion. INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON DATA SCIENCE, COMPUTATION AND SECURITY - IDSCS’22

The Third International Conference on Data Science, Computation and Security (IDSCS-22) hosted by CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus in association with Springer from 11th to 12th February 2022. The conference was conducted online with participants from all across the globe. The conference commenced with the inauguration ceremony at 9:30 AM. Dr Pooja Batra was the Emcee for the occasion and began with the Lighting of the Lamp, followed by a prayer song performed by the students of CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus. Dr Samiksha Shukla welcomed the Chief Guest, Guest of Honor, Vice-Chancellor and the keynote speakers for the day and summarized forthcoming events of IDSCS'22.
