Insight into the HR World


Mr. Rajesh Trivedi, Director and CEO, Tui Consulting, Organisation Development (IOD) & Leadership Development Consulting Organization addressed the second year students on 28th July 2018.


His main endeavor was to brief the young graduates about efforts required to bridge the gap between economic and social system. A Paradigm shift in HR was quite perceptible. Future prospects will focus on an HR professional’s skills in decision making pertaining to the latest trends in the industry.

It was pointed out appropriately that there has been a transition from being a union leader to performance manager because the context has changed drastically. Earlier the Social System emphasized self-identity and experience was negotiable. It was a customized approach. Recent trend in economic system delves deep on available data and vision of profitability. With the advent of free agents such as consultants, e lancers etc. there are many avenues for HR. Accountability, sustainability and ethics are the areas of focus. Mr Trivedi was able to motivate young graduates to aspire for a lucrative career in HR during the interactive session at the end of the talk.
