We, as an institution, pride ourselves on being the biggest proponents of Women's Empowerment. We strongly believe that every day is a phenomenal day to celebrate the amazing women in our family. The fact that most of the staff and faculty are women in the institution is a privilege indeed! 8th March 2020 – International Women's day gave us more reasons to celebrate and support our Female staff.

Not only was this celebration fun-filled and laughter, but it was comprised of many emotional moments, intense stories, and a true sight of women supporting women and growing stronger. An event that broke down barriers and created endless bonds. If there is one thing we now know for sure, the ideologies of these strong, brave, and fierce women have made the institution progressive by being the light guiding us towards each and every step.

We are pleased to say that the women's day celebration was not just about us praising women's success and accomplishments. It was about us learning from our female staff to take courage, rise, and shine no matter how many times we fall. This allowed us to retrospect how far we have come as an institution, assess the values we stand for, and think about the contribution of several female staff to the growth of the educational space, either indirectly or directly.

CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus wishes all the powerful women a very Happy women's day! The world is happy because you are here to make it smile. May every moment of your day be filled with happiness.

PANEL DISCUSSION ON LEADERSHIP & ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT SKILLS

The School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy organized a "Panel Discussion on Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Skill " on 4th March 2022 at 1:30 PM at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.   Ms Ayushi Chandna student of 6 BCom (Financial Analytics) commenced the session with silent prayer & briefed about the Panel Discussion. The Third International Conference on Data Science, Computation and Security (IDSCS-22) hosted by CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus in association with Springer from 11th to 12th February 2022. The conference was conducted online with participants from all across the globe. The conference commenced with the inauguration ceremony at 9:30 AM. Dr Pooja Batra was the Emcee for the occasion and began with the Lighting of the Lamp, followed by a prayer song performed by the students of CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus. Dr Samiksha Shukla welcomed the Chief Guest, Guest of Honor, Vice-Chancellor and the keynote speakers for the day and summarized forthcoming events of IDSCS'22.
