Magnificat 2022

A beautiful evening at Christ University Pune – Lavasa hosting its very own flagship Christmas event, Magnificat 2022. Christmas is known for its gleeful traditions, where we see bright red stockings filled with delectable treats and gifts. The familiar chimes, carols and bells galore. Christ University incorporates this spirit amongst all Christites, through its very own annual Christmas fiesta, Magnificat.

The celebrations commenced with an energetic performance by the University Choir that spread joy and warmth amongst the audience. The spirit of Christmas exists in harmonious carols like those sung by angels on the day of Christ’s birth. Faculty Choir was up next, teachers who spread their knowledge and wisdom through classrooms and now they enchant their rhythmic prowess. 

Next up was a performance that had a perfect amalgamation of tranquility and vigor by the University Band IVDV. Followed by the University Theatre Team incorporating this spirit of benevolence by showcasing an adaptation of the play, ‘The RatTrap Seller’.

The University dance team performed a power-packed performance to ignite the passion and love for music among the crowd. 

The event was wrapped with a vote of thanks to all the key members and committees who made the evening a wholesome one.

Outcome 1: Igniting the spirit of Christmas amongst the students and teachers at the University.

Outcome 2: Displaying the cultural strength of the University by bringing all the teams together to engage the enthusiastic crowd.

PANEL DISCUSSION ON LEADERSHIP & ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT SKILLS

The School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy organized a "Panel Discussion on Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Skill " on 4th March 2022 at 1:30 PM at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.   Ms Ayushi Chandna student of 6 BCom (Financial Analytics) commenced the session with silent prayer & briefed about the Panel Discussion. The Third International Conference on Data Science, Computation and Security (IDSCS-22) hosted by CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus in association with Springer from 11th to 12th February 2022. The conference was conducted online with participants from all across the globe. The conference commenced with the inauguration ceremony at 9:30 AM. Dr Pooja Batra was the Emcee for the occasion and began with the Lighting of the Lamp, followed by a prayer song performed by the students of CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.
