Students had to make instantaneous “Hire/No Hire” decisions, after which they reflected on unconscious biases and the importance of structured hiring processes. The ED Club conducted a unique “Controversial 90s Ads” activity where students defended ethically questionable advertisements. This exercise enhanced impromptu speaking abilities, logical reasoning, and persuasive communication. The Analytics Club reinforced digital and analytical literacy by introducing students to Lovable, an AI-powered website creation tool. Participants experimented with AI-generated layouts, dashboards, and data components, gaining insights into modern AI-integrated workflows. The Marketing Club strengthened strategic evaluation skills through detailed SWOT analyses of Shark Tank pitches, teaching students to assess market potential, risk factors, and business viability.
