intricacies of quality accreditation. As higher education undergoes rapid evolution toward outcome-based frameworks, understanding the core criteria of academic assurance is critical. The programme was designed to align departmental vision with sustainable growth, ensuring that CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Lavasa Campus remains at the forefront of educational innovation. Over four dynamic days, seasoned facilitators like Dr. Avichal Sharma, Dr. Vijayalakshmi S, and Milan Chakraborty unpacked everything from documentation mastery to learner-centric teaching. A standout moment arrived during the Teaching-Learning Enhancement Centre workshop segment, where faculty actively debated technology-enabled classrooms and innovative pedagogical tools. Despite the challenge of balancing dense session schedules with academic responsibilities, the energy remained electric as interactive brainstorming sessions turned complex criteria into actionable departmental strategies.
