CHRIST, Lavasa celebrates 74th Independence Day!

The 74th Independence Day was celebrated at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Pune Lavasa campus on 15th August 2020 amidst the pandemic through the Cisco Webex platform. The programme was attended by the students and faculty from their home. The Independence Day programme was organised by the Constitutional Legal Studies Committee of the Student bar Association of the School of Law. The National Flag was hoisted by our Hon’ble Director, Rev. Fr. Dr. Jossy. P. George followed by the rendition of the National Anthem in the presence of our Academic Coordinator Fr. Dr. Arun Antony and the Heads of the various Schools. The Hon’ble Director addressed e-gathering. 

The school of Law students presented the speeches of the Day reminding us the sacrifices by our great leaders for the freedom and prosperity of our Nation. This was followed by an online Patriotic song and online Dance presentation.
 The Hon’ble Director declared “SANKALP- AN ODE TO SELF RELIANCE” open! 
The Vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. Shubham Singh Chauhan and Tisha Bagh, the Student Conveners of the Constitutional Law Studies Committee. 

The entire program was efficiently coordinated by Constitutional Law Studies Committee, headed by Mr. Shubham Singh Chauhan and Ms. Tisha Bagh, Under the leadership of their HOD, Madam Dr. Daisy Alexander.

SANKALP- AN ODE TO SELF RELIANCE” was an online event organised by Student Bar Association's under the aegis of Constitutional Law Studies Committee, School of Law CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.

This event had 4 components, 
1- E-Quiz 
2- Spell Bee
4- Spot Speech Scenario 
5- Essay Writing

PANEL DISCUSSION ON LEADERSHIP & ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT SKILLS

The School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy organized a "Panel Discussion on Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Skill " on 4th March 2022 at 1:30 PM at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.   Ms Ayushi Chandna student of 6 BCom (Financial Analytics) commenced the session with silent prayer & briefed about the Panel Discussion. The Third International Conference on Data Science, Computation and Security (IDSCS-22) hosted by CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus in association with Springer from 11th to 12th February 2022. The conference was conducted online with participants from all across the globe. The conference commenced with the inauguration ceremony at 9:30 AM. Dr Pooja Batra was the Emcee for the occasion and began with the Lighting of the Lamp, followed by a prayer song performed by the students of CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.
