Digital Marketing Training Session
As part of its continued efforts to integrate practical learning with academic understanding, School of Business & Management- BBA, in collaboration with the Rotaract Club, organized an insightful workshop on Digital Marketing. The session aimed to expose students to emerging techniques, tools, and trends that are shaping the modern marketing landscape. This initiative aligned with the institution’s focus on equipping students with industry-relevant knowledge and enhancing their professional competencies.
The event commenced with the arrival of students, faculty members, and the Rotaract organizing team at the Management Block by 12:15 PM. The workshop officially began at 12:30 PM with a welcome address by the Faculty Coordinator, who introduced the theme and importance of digital marketing in today’s technology-driven world. The President of the Rotaract Club then provided an overview of the club’s initiatives and highlighted its collaborative efforts with the department to promote professional development through such engaging sessions.
The resource person, Mr. Sharad Gupta, was introduced by the Secretary of the Rotaract Club, who emphasized his extensive expertise in marketing and academic research. Mr. Gupta began the session by tracing the evolution of marketing from traditional practices to digital ecosystems, explaining how consumer behavior and communication patterns have drastically shifted in the past decade.
He elaborated on the core pillars of digital marketing, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing, illustrating each concept with real-world case studies and data-driven insights.
