A New Beginning

History was created on 6th July 2019 in Lavasa when CHRIST (Deemed to be University) warmly welcomed new students for its undergraduate and post graduate courses. The parents, students and everyone was awe inspired by the fabulous infrastructure of the new college. Director & Dean, Dr Fr Jossy P George personally interacted with them and is prepared for the challenges ahead.

Establishing a college comes with its own trials and tribulations and Director, Fr Jossy is ready to face them with grit and determination with the blessings of Founder, Kuriakose Elias Chavara, unflinching support of Academic Coordinator, Dr Fr Arun C Antony and the entire CHRIST fraternity.

It is a daunting task to come up to everybody’s expectations and ensure the students have an enriching learning experience in this home away from home. He is aware of the teething troubles and is confident that his team of committed teachers and non-teaching staff will leave no stone unturned to make this maiden venture a success for the generations to come.

Fr Jossy is proud of his dedicated team of non-teaching members of CHRIST family. He has expressed his heartfelt thanks for their relentless, persistent and tireless efforts day and night during the entire admission process. Director applauds their hard work and admires their dedication, commitment and sincerity. He is confident that the success of the program would not have been possible without their support and acknowledges their time, efforts and diligence in making the event such a great success.



 Fr Jossy George congratulated the entire Organizing Committee for their hospitality and organizing the orientation program so meticulously. The close coordination between everyone in handling such a large gathering was highly commendable. He appreciated their untiring efforts in making the maiden venture such a grand success.



 Director & Dean, Fr Jossy went out of his way and congratulated the students for their whole hearted cooperation. He applauded their persistent and tireless efforts to make the inaugural function run smoothly. He personally noticed their dedication and willingness to work with a smile and make the guests feel at home and looks forward to their cooperation in future.

PANEL DISCUSSION ON LEADERSHIP & ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT SKILLS

The School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy organized a "Panel Discussion on Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Skill " on 4th March 2022 at 1:30 PM at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.   Ms Ayushi Chandna student of 6 BCom (Financial Analytics) commenced the session with silent prayer & briefed about the Panel Discussion. INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON DATA SCIENCE, COMPUTATION AND SECURITY - IDSCS’22

The Third International Conference on Data Science, Computation and Security (IDSCS-22) hosted by CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus in association with Springer from 11th to 12th February 2022. The conference was conducted online with participants from all across the globe. The conference commenced with the inauguration ceremony at 9:30 AM. Dr Pooja Batra was the Emcee for the occasion and began with the Lighting of the Lamp, followed by a prayer song performed by the students of CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.
