Exciting And Enjoyable Adventure Activities In Lavasa

With the onset of monsoon, Lavasa, beckons the residents and tourists to climb the lush green mountains, relish the pristine beauty all around and enjoy the thrills of various adventure activities that begin to mushroom. Hence Director & Dean Christ University, Lavasa, Dr Fr Jossy P George decided to arrange for exciting adventure activities for the new MBA students in Lavasa.
In collaboration with Xthrill Adventure Academy Lavasa, Christ (Deemed to be University), Lavasa arranged for some exciting and enjoyable adventure activities on 29th June 2019 in the vicinity of the city.
Upon arrival the students were divided into two groups. The first group did Rappelling whereas the second group enjoyed an array of thrilling activities such as Zip Line, Paintball Target Shooting (5 Shots), Burma Bridge and Archery. The students were divided into 2 teams of 13/14 students each. Each team fetched points based on their performance. The students fought for the coveted prize which comprised of a hamper which had 13/14 individual gifts!
The students cheered, clapped, jeered and had sheer fun while teasing and encouraging each other simultaneously, as they took part in the activities. The youngsters were overjoyed and it was a unique experience for them and they took part in all fun filled activities wholeheartedly. They learnt how to be adaptable in adverse circumstances. The evening ended with students relaxing by a camp fire, listening to latest numbers while the DJ sang some popular songs followed by dinner. The students were escorted by Dr Jayant Mahajan.

PANEL DISCUSSION ON LEADERSHIP & ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT SKILLS

The School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy organized a "Panel Discussion on Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Skill " on 4th March 2022 at 1:30 PM at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.   Ms Ayushi Chandna student of 6 BCom (Financial Analytics) commenced the session with silent prayer & briefed about the Panel Discussion. The Third International Conference on Data Science, Computation and Security (IDSCS-22) hosted by CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus in association with Springer from 11th to 12th February 2022. The conference was conducted online with participants from all across the globe. The conference commenced with the inauguration ceremony at 9:30 AM.
