The interactive format of the session encouraged active participation, making it a dynamic and engaging learning experience.

In addition to theoretical discussions, the role-playing activities and scenario-based learning, enabled the participants to apply leadership concepts in a simulated academic environment. These exercises provided valuable insights into conflict resolution, effective delegation, and decision-making under pressure.Faculty members were introduced to emerging trends in academic leadership, such as the growing importance of interdisciplinary collaboration and lifelong learning.

By the end of the session, faculty members expressed their appreciation for the insights gained and the opportunity to discuss leadership challenges in a collaborative setting. Many found the discussion on balancing academic and administrative responsibilities particularly relevant and valuable.
