Along with the launch of the II Edition of the CADRE Bulletin (HR Newsletter), team CADRE is also coming up with an exclusive CADRE HR Club Blog! This blog will primarily be focusing on the latest developments and influence of the other departments on the HR department. Readers will get the updated knowledge about concepts and operational areas of industries, adapting to the version of the Industry 4.0 into the functional areas of Human resources.


This blog will have a background glimpse of what the entire CADRE team have been building to inspire new ideas and benefit the readers, and also an inside access to what the team have been researching, designing, building, and thinking about the implementation on the blog.

The blog will contain authentic updates the team has acquired by working with various industry experts to make sure that the readers get genuine content.

Readers can subscribe to and send their articles / write ups for publication by sending a mail to hrclub@gmail.com. This will not only help the CADRE team to connect with their readers better, but also, help the readers apply the acquired knowledge, expertise, and ideas to their current and future projects.

With the support and guidance of the faculty members, team CADRE works with a bi-monthly schedule to ensure that their correspondence is never overwhelming and that the content delivered is relevant, helping the entire CADRE community reach new horizons.

It will also help the readers to sync with the speed of the current market and climb up the career ladder smoothly.

PANEL DISCUSSION ON LEADERSHIP & ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT SKILLS

The School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy organized a "Panel Discussion on Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Skill " on 4th March 2022 at 1:30 PM at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.   Ms Ayushi Chandna student of 6 BCom (Financial Analytics) commenced the session with silent prayer & briefed about the Panel Discussion. The Third International Conference on Data Science, Computation and Security (IDSCS-22) hosted by CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus in association with Springer from 11th to 12th February 2022. The conference was conducted online with participants from all across the globe. The conference commenced with the inauguration ceremony at 9:30 AM.
