CIMA (2021-22) Competition 1

The first clan competition of CIMA for the academic year 2021-22 was conducted on 07/10/2021 at 5:30 PM in CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus. It started with a welcome note by Ms Sreemoyee Moitra and Mr Vardaan Cecil. The event was attended by almost 120 students.


After the welcome speech, the clans presented their strategy videos, followed by the introduction of our judge Mrs Johana Beatriz Costa. She then announced the results, where the Samurai clan won the competition with Spartans being the runner-up. It was followed by Rev Fr Dr Arun Antony’s speech. The event concluded with the Vote of Thanks by Sreemoyee and Vardaan. The event was exhilarating with all the clans coming up with highly imaginative and creative presentations. The participation was very enthusiastic. The barrier of online interaction was not at all evident in their videos.


The feedback given by the participants proved that most of them considered it to be very interesting, well organized, and paced. The student organizers were appreciated for their sincere efforts.

PANEL DISCUSSION ON LEADERSHIP & ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT SKILLS

The School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy organized a "Panel Discussion on Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Skill " on 4th March 2022 at 1:30 PM at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.   Ms Ayushi Chandna student of 6 BCom (Financial Analytics) commenced the session with silent prayer & briefed about the Panel Discussion. INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON DATA SCIENCE, COMPUTATION AND SECURITY - IDSCS’22

The Third International Conference on Data Science, Computation and Security (IDSCS-22) hosted by CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus in association with Springer from 11th to 12th February 2022. The conference was conducted online with participants from all across the globe. The conference commenced with the inauguration ceremony at 9:30 AM. Dr Pooja Batra was the Emcee for the occasion and began with the Lighting of the Lamp, followed by a prayer song performed by the students of CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus. Dr Samiksha Shukla welcomed the Chief Guest, Guest of Honor, Vice-Chancellor and the keynote speakers for the day and summarized forthcoming events of IDSCS'22.
