Eclat 26

The School of Business & Management (BBA), CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, successfully conducted ÉCLAT ’26 from 23rd to 26th February 2026. The multi-day, theme-based competitive event was designed to foster teamwork, strategy, creativity, and leadership among participating clans. Inspired by the strategic survival theme of Squid Game, the event brought together students across three clusters of the BBA department in an immersive and dynamic competitive environment. Through a carefully structured format, participants engaged in diverse rounds that encouraged collaboration, adaptability, and healthy competition.

Day 1 focused on physically engaging and strategy-driven games, including Red Light Green Light, Honeycomb Challenge, Huhoe (Marble Challenge), Stepping Mines, and Dough Ball. These rounds tested participants’ coordination, agility, concentration, and presence of mind under time-bound conditions. The competitive spirit was evident as clans approached each challenge with determination and enthusiasm. Among the early performances, the clan Guardians maintained a strong lead on the scoreboard, while Aztecs and several other clans delivered notable performances that kept the competition intense and closely contested.

Day 2 shifted the focus toward creativity and intellectual engagement through the Cultural Culinary Showcase and the Logical Puzzle Board. In the culinary round, teams were required to prepare fireless, state-inspired dishes that incorporated a mandatory Korean element, reflecting the thematic inspiration of the event. The round highlighted innovation, presentation skills, and teamwork as participants creatively blended cultural elements in their dishes. The Logical Puzzle Board further challenged teams through strategic navigation, indirect communication, and analytical thinking. Participants demonstrated effective collaboration and problem-solving abilities while navigating the puzzle under pressure, ensuring high levels of engagement across venues.

Day 3 featured Relay Day, which emphasised speed, precision, and coordination. The relay races demanded seamless teamwork and disciplined execution as clans competed to complete the challenges efficiently. The energy and enthusiasm of participants contributed to a vibrant atmosphere, with spectators actively supporting their respective clans. During this stage of the competition, the clan Aztecs emerged as strong contenders on the overall scoreboard, adding to the competitive intensity of the event.

Across all three days of competitive rounds, the atmosphere remained lively, spirited, and highly participatory. Students demonstrated remarkable sportsmanship, resilience, and commitment throughout the challenges. The structured nature of the event ensured that participants were able to engage in activities that tested a wide range of abilities, from physical endurance and strategic thinking to creativity and collaboration.

Overall, ÉCLAT ’26 successfully provided students with a comprehensive experiential platform that combined competition with meaningful engagement. The event strengthened inter-clan camaraderie, encouraged healthy rivalry, and enhanced student participation beyond the classroom environment. By integrating elements of strategy, creativity, and teamwork within a dynamic thematic framework, ÉCLAT ’26 proved to be a memorable and impactful departmental initiative that contributed to the holistic development of students at the Pune Lavasa Campus.
