INSPIRA 26
The fest commenced on 01 February 2026 with Cosmos x Inspira Socials, a collaborative social networking event organized in association with the university’s dance and music club, The Cosmos. This session provided a vibrant and welcoming platform for participants to interact, engage in informal networking, and establish professional connections in a relaxed and energetic atmosphere. The social evening successfully set the tone for the upcoming competitive and intellectually stimulating sessions by fostering camaraderie, collaboration, and mutual respect among participants from diverse academic backgrounds.
The formal academic proceedings began on 02 February 2026 with a smooth registration process followed by the official Inauguration Ceremony. The core strength of INSPIRA 2026 lay in its eight specialized committees—Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Entrepreneur, Strategy, Marketing and Public Relations (SMPR), Analytics, Business Management and Technology (BMT), and Best Manager (BM). Each committee designed unique, simulation-based competitive rounds to assess participants’ analytical abilities, strategic thinking, leadership skills, and decision-making capabilities. The Finance Committee conducted activities such as vault bidding, asset analysis, trading simulations, asset sabotage, and equity research presentations, enabling participants to understand financial risk management and investment strategy. The Marketing Committee challenged participants through brand-building exercises, demographic analysis, territory bidding, and digital campaign development in response to simulated market crises.
Similarly, the HRM Committee focused on ethical decision-making, crisis management, and talent acquisition through innovative rounds such as “Operation Code Red” and “Poaching Wars,” which tested participants’ resilience, negotiation skills, and ethical judgment. Other committees, including Analytics, Business Entrepreneur, and Best Manager, presented participants with real-time problem-solving scenarios requiring them to manage limited resources, analyze data, and develop sustainable and innovative business solutions. The open-ended structure of the fest encouraged independent thinking, adaptability, and strategic leadership, closely replicating real-world business environments.INSPIRA 2026 was supported by collective sponsorship amounting to ₹65,000, which contributed significantly to the successful execution of the event. The fest provided a comprehensive platform for experiential learning, enabling participants to apply theoretical concepts in practical contexts while enhancing their professional competencies. It also strengthened inter-institutional collaboration, promoted innovation, and encouraged the development of leadership qualities among future business professionals. INSPIRA 2026 achieved its objective of creating a dynamic and immersive learning experience that fostered strategic thinking, teamwork, and professional excellence. The event reaffirmed CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus’s commitment to academic innovation and holistic student development by organizing impactful platforms that prepare students to navigate the complexities of the global business environment.
