Otium 3.0 Intra-Department Arts Fest


On February 12, 5, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, hosted the Otium Arts Fest 2024-25, a vibrant one-day event celebrating the artistic talents and cultural diversity of its students. Organized by the School of Commerce, Finance, and Accountancy, the fest provided a platform for students to showcase their creativity, fostering a sense of unity and cultural appreciation within the university community.

The Otium Arts Fest was meticulously planned to encompass a variety of cultural activities, allowing students from different classes to participate and exhibit their talents. Each class formed a team, guided by their class in-charge, with a student captain representing them in the core committee. This committee also included the Head of Department (HoD), Program Coordinator, Event Coordinator, and a student representative from the Media and Documentation Committee.

Cultural Performances:

A highlight of the fest was the series of cultural performances presented by each class. Allocated a 20-minute slot, teams had the creative freedom to choose their mode of expression, resulting in a diverse array of performances that captivated the audience. The judging criteria focused on the effective utilization of time, the quality and originality of the program, and the level of participation from team members.

 Recognition and Awards:

The fest culminated in an award ceremony recognizing the outstanding performances and contributions of the participating classes. The results were as follows:

First Place: 2 BCOM FA

Second Place: 6 BCOM B FA

Third Place: 4 BCOM FA

These classes were lauded for their exceptional creativity, teamwork, and dedication, setting a benchmark for future events.
