The primary objective of the event was to foster a sense of inclusion, camaraderie, and excitement among the new students, while providing a relaxed and enjoyable environment for interaction with seniors and faculty members. Aptitude Training - Quantitative, logical and verbal reasoning

A three-day aptitude workshop was successfully conducted under the guidance of Mr. Anand Kulkarni, an IIT-IIM alumnus, with the primary objective of equipping students with the essential skills required to perform effectively in aptitude tests and interview processes. Aptitude tests form a crucial component of placement and recruitment drives, and hence, this workshop was designed to strengthen students’ foundations while also providing practical exposure to the type of questions they are most likely to face. The workshop began with an orientation session, where students were introduced to the overall structure of aptitude assessments. Mr. Kulkarni explained in detail the different subdivisions of these tests, namely Quantitative Ability, Verbal Ability, and Logical Reasoning, along with the approximate weightages allotted to each section in competitive examinations. As part of the Department’s ongoing efforts to promote financial literacy among students, the School of Business and Management (BBA), CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus – The Hub of Analytics – organized an Investor Awareness Program on Mutual Funds (Online) on 22nd and 24th September 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM. The session, which took place in the Seminar Hall, Management Block, was conducted in hybrid mode, with students gathering on campus while the resource person joined via Zoom. This initiative was designed to equip students with essential knowledge about financial planning, investment options, and specifically the functioning of mutual funds as a key investment avenue. The recent Canva workshop was a lively, hands-on experience that gave participants the confidence and skills to dive into the world of design—no matter their background. Whether someone was a seasoned pro or just opening Canva for the first time, the session offered something valuable for everyone. We kicked things off with a friendly welcome and a quick look at Canva’s mission: making design simple and accessible for all. The facilitators taught the basics—how to use drag-and-drop tools, explore templates, and collaborate with others on projects. It didn’t take long before everyone was clicking around, getting comfortable with the platform, and discovering how intuitive it really is. UNIHIKE – CLASS TREK SERIES WITH 3 BCA

On 21st September 2025, the Lavasa Trekkers Club , in collaboration with the School of Sciences, organized a UNIHIKE – Class Trek with 3 BCA to the scenic Lingya Ghat Waterfalls . The trek was designed to promote physical fitness, peer bonding, mental rejuvenation, and environmental awareness through experiential outdoor learning. The group comprised 12 students and 2 faculty members , accompanied by their Class Teacher, Mr. Naived George Eapen, who welcomed the students and set the tone for the day.
