Día Más Fresco: Seniors Meet Juniors

The Cultural Club in association with the Student Bar Association, School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus, organized Día Más Fresco on the theme ‘Seniors Meet Juniors’ on September 22, 2021, from 11:15 AM to 1:10 PM via Zoom to give a warm welcome to the new batch of School of Law. The primary objective of the event was to bridge the gap between the juniors and seniors through various online games, interactive sessions, open mic sessions etc.


The faculty coordinators for the event were Ms Manpreet Kaur and Ms Mehak Vohra and the student conveners were Ms Vaishnavi Rastogi and Ms Harshita Bhardwaj. The sessions were hosted and moderated by second year and third-year students and the enthusiasm shown by the first years was commendable. A total of 270 students from the School of Law attended the event.

Welcome address was delivered by Dr Daisy Alexander, Head of the Department. This was followed by games conducted in separate breakout sessions. Vaishnavi Rastogi conveyed the vote of thanks on behalf of the School of Law.

PANEL DISCUSSION ON LEADERSHIP & ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT SKILLS

The School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy organized a "Panel Discussion on Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Skill " on 4th March 2022 at 1:30 PM at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.   Ms Ayushi Chandna student of 6 BCom (Financial Analytics) commenced the session with silent prayer & briefed about the Panel Discussion. The Third International Conference on Data Science, Computation and Security (IDSCS-22) hosted by CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus in association with Springer from 11th to 12th February 2022. The conference was conducted online with participants from all across the globe. The conference commenced with the inauguration ceremony at 9:30 AM. Dr Pooja Batra was the Emcee for the occasion and began with the Lighting of the Lamp, followed by a prayer song performed by the students of CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus. Dr Samiksha Shukla welcomed the Chief Guest, Guest of Honor, Vice-Chancellor and the keynote speakers for the day and summarized forthcoming events of IDSCS'22.
