CIMA INAUGURAL EVENT (2021-22) - MBA

The inaugural ceremony of CIMA inaugural event for the academic year 2021-22 was conducted on 25th September 2021 at 3:00 PM at CHRIST(Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus. It started with a welcome note by Ms Sabari Majumder. The event was attended by almost 120 students.


After the welcome speech, Reverend Fr Dr Jossy P George addressed the gathering with his thoughtful words and motivated the students to participate in extra as well as co-curricular activities. It was followed by an introductory video showing what CIMA is all about and how it has been organized in the previous years. Then the clan leaders presented their clans and explained their skill sets. The concluding remarks were given by Dr Becky Thomas, HOD, School of Business & Management, Lavasa campus. The session ended with the Vote of Thanks by Ansari Faizan.


It was quite an interesting and fun session. It gave a brief insight on CIMA. The enthusiasm and creativity of each clan was reflected in their introductory videos. The feedback given by the participants proved that most of them considered it to be very interesting, well organized and paced. The student organizers were appreciated for their sincere efforts.

PANEL DISCUSSION ON LEADERSHIP & ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT SKILLS

The School of Commerce, Finance and Accountancy organized a "Panel Discussion on Leadership and Entrepreneurship Development Skill " on 4th March 2022 at 1:30 PM at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.   Ms Ayushi Chandna student of 6 BCom (Financial Analytics) commenced the session with silent prayer & briefed about the Panel Discussion. The Third International Conference on Data Science, Computation and Security (IDSCS-22) hosted by CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus in association with Springer from 11th to 12th February 2022. The conference was conducted online with participants from all across the globe. The conference commenced with the inauguration ceremony at 9:30 AM. Dr Pooja Batra was the Emcee for the occasion and began with the Lighting of the Lamp, followed by a prayer song performed by the students of CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus.
