Guest lectures on "Trial Advocacy Training and the CrPC"

The Student Bar Association organized a Guest lecture on "Trial Advocacy Training and the CrPC" by Adv Ameya Kadkade, conceptualized by Prof  Dr Daisy Alexander, Head of the Department, School of Law, CHRIST ( Deemed to be University), Pune Lavasa Campus on September 24, 2021, from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM via Zoom.

The event was designed for First-year students of School of Law. They were familiarized with the process of the trial advocacy and relevant provisions under The Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 and The Indian Evidence Act, 1872.


Prof Dr Daisy Alexander, Head of Department delivered the welcome address. Adv Ameya Kadkade, an expert in Criminal Law Practice, elaborated nuances of Criminal Procedure Code with examples and tended to all questions by First-year students. The session concluded with Adv Ameya sharing his experiences as a criminal lawyer. The Vote of Thanks was delivered by Prof Dr Daisy Alexander.
